  • Can I change my address after I have placed my order?

    We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed, however, send an email to support@furtherfaster.reamaze.com or call us in-store and we will endeavor to change the address. Please let us know before order cut off at 1pm daily.
  • Can I send my order as a gift to someone else?

    Yes! Absolutely! Leave us a note at checkout and we will make sure we have the correct address and name on the little note on the parcel! If you would like it gift wrapped please let us know.
  • Do I need to sign for my parcel?

    Yes, in New Zealand we always ship with a signature required (except to PO Boxes), to help ensure your parcel makes it to you!   • Do you ship to Rural Addresses and PO Boxes?

    Yes we do! Please allow at least an extra two days for rural delivery or to a PO Box. If there is ever a problem with your address we will contact you ASAP.
