How can I track my order?

You should receive your tracking emails once they have been booked into our system and then picked up by our service provider (Post Haste). Tracking information will be available once your parcel has been scanned into their system.

You should receive a tracking confirmation email once your parcel has left us here at Further Faster which will have details of your tracking information and the service provider in it, please make sure you check your Spam and Junk folders as some times they do end up there!

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as some times we need to get in touch with you and emails do happen to end up in there!

Alternatively, speak to our order guru 'Bot-Bruce', and he can find the tracking details for you in the chat section of this pop-up. Just ask him, 'Where is my order?' and follow the prompts 🐻.
